Patty Black, Certified Public Accountant
A Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of specialization in accounting and tax services, Patty graduated from the California State University, Sacramento with her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting as well as her Master of Science degree in taxation. Her professional experience covers a wide range of individual and business entities such as corporations, partnerships, and trusts in the high-tech, biotech, professional services, recreation, and manufacturing industries.
Patty has taught tax and accounting courses as a part-time faculty member at the California State University, Sacramento. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
Vaughn Hromiko, Technology and Related Incentive Services
Mr. Hromiko is a Business Incentive Consultant with an MBA and a Master of Science degree in management information systems from the University of Arizona. Formerly with MTG Management Consultants of Seattle, he has served large government and commercial organizations with technology-related management needs. Before joining forces with Romo & Associates, Inc. Mr. Hromiko designed specialized tax software as the proprietor of DataProc Solutions, including software for use by banking customers of KPMG, LLP. Mr. Hromiko spearheads the design of software tools central to Romo & Associates, Inc.’s ability to provide first-rate client services.
